We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or in-person, provided while signing up for a membership, when an account is created for you to use our services, or provided to us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, phone number, emergency contact, credit card information, date of birth, etc. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide information regarding our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Our email system is hosted on the AWeber.com platform. AWeber.com provides us with the online platform to collect and store names and emails of our Members and Visitors (only if email is provided). All marketing emails provide the option to unsubscribe at any time. AWeber.com uses software to allow us to collect information about emails opened, links clicked, the date and time emails have been opened on, and when a User has unsubscribed.

Our membership system is hosted on the Antaris.ca platform. Antaris.ca provides us with the online platform to store name, date of birth, email, phone number, address, app usage, signature, membership information, club usage (check-in history, class bookings, and class attendance), purchases, billing information (including PAD and credit card information), liability waivers, membership and service contracts, household members (when applicable for swimming lessons or corporate memberships), emergency contact, your profile photo, whether the mobile app invite has been accepted, the geographical location of the mobile app User, the operating system used to download/use the mobile app, your employer/sports team/school/club/union (when applicable for corporate or group membership eligibility), and whether you are a current apartment rental tenant or employee of Southside Group or Southside Ultimate Fitness Inc. (if applicable to determine eligibility for a complimentary membership).

We may contact you to notify you regarding information related to your membership, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute or problem, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, to market our products and services through promotional messaging, to provide updates about our services (such as class cancellations or amenity disruptions), to send you copies of documents relating to use of our services, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement and Membership Contract, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, app push notifications, and postal mail.

Photos & Video
We require all members and guests to provide a photo to store as their profile photo on their Antaris.ca account. This is to prevent sharing of memberships or misuse of accounts and to prevent crime. You may decline this photo, or you may ask us to delete or update this photo at a later date. If you ask us to delete the photo or decline storing a photo on file, you will be asked to provide valid photo identification every visit.

We use video surveillance in certain areas of our locations to protect the property and safety of our employees, members, and guests. In the event of an incident (such as an accident or theft), we may use and share information related to the incident as required for investigative, operational, insurance, legal or other necessary purposes.

Member Perks Program
By being a member of Damian Warner Fitness Centre, you are eligible for promotions and discounts at our partnered businesses. We may use your personal information, such as email, to send you information about these perks. We do not share your information with our Member Perks partners.

Sharing Personal Information
Except as set out in this policy or as required or permitted by law, we will not sell or disclose any of your personal information to any other organization without first obtaining your consent. We may disclose information in the following cases:

Accuracy & Retention
You may ask us to delete, edit, or update information that we have stored. Any such requests must be made in writing to our General Manager at the address below. We will keep your Personal Information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purposes above or as required by law, or in accordance with our retention schedules, which may extend beyond the termination of your membership or beyond the use of our services. We may not be able to provide our full range of services to you if we cannot collect or store certain Personal Information.
