Our clubs offer a large functional training gym with brand new equipment, a large turf, and plenty of squat racks.

Our locations both offer a heated pool for lane swim, exercising, or relaxing. We also run several AquaFit classes daily. The south location is one of the only facilities in London with a whirlpool!

Our saunas & steam rooms provide a therapeutic retreat for both your body and mind. The gentle heat melts away tension, aids in improving circulation, and helps in relieving muscle soreness after a workout. We offer steam rooms at both locations, and dry saunas at the south location.

Our women's-only gym sections offer a welcoming and comfortable environment to empower and support women on their fitness journey. These spaces are thoughtfully equipped with state-of-the-art machines, freeweights, and a variety of cardio options. We also offer women's only group fitness classes, all included in our membership base price!

Welcome to our hot yoga studios, where the fusion of heat, movement, and mindfulness creates a transformative and invigorating experience. In our state-of-the-art studios, our instructors will guide you through various class types, using the therapeutic heat to deepen your stretches and create a sense of inner balance & tranquility.

Our squash courts provide a fast-paced and exhilarating environment for players to engage in a great cardio exercise. Our North location offers 3 courts that can be booked ahead of time for single or two-person use. Squash is an extra fee, but can be paid on a one-time basis or added on to your membership for just $10 biweekly +tax.

We have a full gym here at Damian Warner Fitness Centre, with expansive rows of cardio, plenty of machines, a full freeweight section, multiple functional spaces, several turfs, boxing bags, stretching rooms, and more. 

Our locations both offers a cafe with a wide variety of protein shakes, fruit smoothies, vegan options, protein snacks, energy drinks, and more. We also offer an espresso bar with a full menu of hot and iced coffee beverages to save you time after your early morning workouts!

Our South location offers 2 ping-pong tables that are available for use any time. Paddles and ping pong balls are available at the front desk!

Head to the back of the cardio section at our South location for a full-body 30-minute machine circuit. This area is perfect if you are short on time or if you want a complete workout that requires no planning!
