Our clubs offer 3 studios dedicated for group fitness classes. Our classes are led by certified instructors and are a great way to get started and stay motivated. 

Gyan Mudra

Class options

STRENGTH & CARDIO

We offer several classes with a focus on strength and cardio, such as intervals, kickboxing, Zumba, POUND Fitness, step, barbell, body sculpt, and barre.

CYCLE

Our locations have a cycle studio offering high energy spin classes, such as Cycle & Sculpt classes featuring added light weights & fun choreography for an exhilarating workout.

AQUAFIT

We offer fitness classes in our heated pools several times a day to provide a low-impact workout with a focus on both cardio and strength.

YOGA

We offer a yoga studio with several types of both hot & room-temperature yoga, such as Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, & Restorative. We also offer pilates and yoga-pilates combination classes.
