30 DAY NOTICE

We require 30 day notice in advance for membership cancellations, as per your membership contract. By submitting this form, you are requesting your membership to expire in 30 days from today. You will have full access to the facilities during this time.​​

Final Payment

Your final payment within the next 30 days will be adjusted to only pay for exactly 30 days after submitting this form. You will receive confirmation of your request within a few business days, please check your email.

12 MONTH MEMBERSHIPS

Please note, your cancellation will be processed in accordance with your membership contract. If you are in a 12-month membership contract, the cancellation will be processed after the final obligated payment so that the membership does not renew. Prepaid payments are not eligible for refunds. Please note that we cannot back-date cancellations or provide refunds for payments in the past.
